I had a lovely massage, however I was surprised that I didn’t get to turn over and my shoulders/neck lying on my back. My pedicure nail polish has completely come off a couple of toes- disapppointing as it’s only been 2 days! The lady I had was wonderful

Lovely facial experience, I really like the heated bed and good quality linen which were also very clean. The salon was clean and staff very friendly, informative and punctual. The only minor fault for me was that the music was a bit loud which was intrusive during the facial.

Thank you Daria for the most valuable feedback. Managing the music and noise levels in the salon is of the utmost importance. We will endeavour to rectify this in the near future by placing a door between the reception and the treatment rooms. Sometimes the music has been turned up to drown out the noise disruptions from reception and surrounding tenancies. Please let us know in future if you find the music too loud as it is easily rectified and we'll try find a happy medium for everyone.

Missing my original beautician but shes enjoying motherhood but thank you to the new lass, she did an awesome job & Im sure it could be hard for her after such a lovely legacy. Best to you all during this time

When a customer has a voucher, possibly putting a terms and conditions card or something with it. I was unaware of these issues or knew the difference between vouchers, the voucher said what service I was able to redeem it for and that is what I booked in for. The system being used for gifts or “prizes” really needs updating so customers are aware of what they can or can not receive and not go through the embarrassment. It’s the same company, under same owner. I don’t understand why it was such a great issue.

Hi Cassandra I'm so sorry you were placed in this position and completely understand your frustration. All Ella Bache salons are independently owned small businesses sharing the same brand and have no financial connection. Unfortunately, this Voucher was from another salon, and I agree that the fine print on the back of the voucher should be more visible and often missed resulting in placing the receiving salon in a difficult position. I hope you still enjoyed your treatment as I did give you extra attention and really enjoyed your company :-) I look forward to hopefully seeing you again despite this glitch. I do appreciate your feedback and I will bring this system flaw up with Ella Bache Head Office to find a solution to stop hurting the receiving salons having to bear the weight of the negative review.

Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. They are extremely sparse. Uneven. They look dirty. The tint is wrong. I wasn’t given a mirror at the end of my appointment to see if I liked them. No questions were asked other than what colour tint I wanted. For $45 I would have a done a better job at home. I’m not usually one to complain but I’m extremely unimpressed.
