I've been coming to Ella Bache Hampton for years now and I always find it a lovely, very professional experience. The therapist are all very experienced and are excellent at what they do. I also find it great value for money and convenient as I can often get the time I want, or close to it.

I received both an email and text confirmation from Ella Bache for my online booking for 11am Thursday 20/3. When I arrived I was told my booking was 11.15 and they already had another booking at 11am. I asked them to check my booking and they could see the confirmation for 11am but it was showing in their calendar for 11.15 I was asked to wait until 11.15 Please sort this IT issue out as I don’t want this happening again

Quite disappointed with the facial. I have had signature facials in Beaumaris by Ella Bache, and they are so much better. Better and more thorough, longer face massaging. Hands too. Not much massage time here at all. Just applications of lots of creams.
