When appointments are made for a certain time that should be obligated and the customer should not be waiting for 10 to 15 minutes We have busy lives and time schedules

I always find the salon very welcoming with a good vibe and an enjoyable place to go to. All the girls are really friendly and happy which I like. I love the products Oceana-Lee Hair Design stocks and that the staff have really good knowledge about them. I always leave the salon feeling happy, relaxed and refreshed.

I receive excellent service from the hairdresser. I am not a big fan of the decor - ie mirrors with doilies and shells. The salon also needs a good clean - I accept that there will be the daily mess from haircuts however there does appear to be dust and strands of hair from past cuttings around the salon ie on the display shelving and where customers are seated.

I always have a good experience while at Oceana-lee, the girls are friendly and helpful, my favourite part is the head massage. I'm loving the new drink menu to include a glass of wine if you wish :)
