Only negative is I wrote medium pressure as suffer sore neck and felt pressure was more. Maybe cos my neck is sensitive to pain but now feel bit yuck from it. But the rest in general was great. I believe the lovely lady needed to read my form first.

My brown eyebrows did come out quite dark and I did question myself as to whether the right colour had been used. Other than that, the eyelashes were carefully done ensuring smaller lashes got tinted too.

Disappointed in the facial. I booked after I received an email outline what was included. It did say I would get a 25minutr foot and hand massage. I would have got 10 minutes massage tops. I suffe from arthritis in my hands so was looking forward to the hand massage of at least 5 minutes per hand. I asked what was different between this facial and the one I had previously- Only the mask is different everything else is the same. Not so - I felt the facial part at the end was rushed. The lady doing the facial was lovely but still feel like it was not worth the money. Sorry.

I have previously had an express spray tan with DG in June and it turned out perfect (light+medium mix). Exactly what was promised. I returned this week to get another one before leaving for a trip and decided to go for a darker shade (medium shade) however left slightly disappointed. The colour was not as dark and the next morning there was basically no difference in my skin tone from before the tan to after. I checked with the beauty specialist to confirm the medium tan to ensure it was what was planned and she confirmed this. As always the staff are wonderful and friendly, I just don’t feel I received the service I was paying for.

Im not someone who leaves bad reviews usually and i always give the benefit of the doubt but unfortunetly i have had 3 strikes now! Firstly a few weeks ago i got shellac done which to be honest i couldve done a better job myself! Not only did it take 1 1\2 hours to do it looked like i had 5 days regrowth leaving the salon. A very poor job and especially after being charged $55 for it and a supposedly mini mani even though she did not remove any dead cuticle!! Secondly i got a brazilian(bearing in mind i have had laser done so there's very little hair to remove anyway)but im being charged the full amount of $55 for 10-15 mins work! Price is my only issue with that as she done an amazing job and was a lovely therapist! And the final strike for me was getting a full body tan done today! Again nothing to do with the therapist really but the sprayer kept clogging so is obviously not being cleaned properly at end of work day! I had to scrub it off a hour and half after coming home because it was atrocious!! So patchy! Therapist charged me $25 for it but to be honest she should really have made the call to just not do it rather than risk it being patchy and awful just for $25!!! Complete waste of my money and time!
