The haircut was good and the staff were friendly, but it looked like the floor hadn’t been swept all day as it was covered with cut hair, which was a real turn off I wasn’t in need of professional advice so ignore the score I had to give there

Was a busy day, however, I was happy to wait and was completely understanding. Although this is my second visit, I believe that $7/per eyebrow for a wax is a little overpriced, even though Leura is a tourist based town.

The girls were running 35 minutes late, there was no acknowledgement or comment on this. The curls dropped out- no enquiry to hair type - too much product. Great hair height though and very friendly staff. Just giving feed back to help you get better.

Way over priced. I should have asked for a quote first but it cost me $65 for a shampoo and blow dry and that didn’t even include straightening. I was so shocked when I went to the counter to pay.
