Having had a terrible experience at my former salon which left me in tears and being told it was too hard to fix my hair; I was so happy with Stuart's professionalism, his skills as a hairdresser and the friendliness of everyone at the salon. I totally trust Stuart from Couture and I have never had my hair colour completed so quickly (natural hair is tuck black) and it is "J-Lo perfect" everytime. My hair initially had so many issues after years of self-colouring and due to having little children couldn't visit a salon easily. On my first visit and every visit, nothing is too challenging for Couture. Stuart is amazing and I'm a client for life. I feel self conscious leaving the salon because my hair looks sooooo amazing!!

I think that a welcoming environment was missing. I did not like to sit at the front. The therapist was running 25 min late for my appointment so it was very rushed!!

The atmosphere was calming and inviting. Staff were all stylishly dressed and v welcoming. Loved the tea as well as the gorgeous little cup n saucer! I came out looking and feeling fabulous - thank you Sheryle!
