BEWARE!! I am a local. The beauty consultant was a disgrace. The hair stylist is always so busy checking on everyone else she does not concentrate on your hair and it ends up being a disaster. Very Very Expensive. Not good value for money

All the staff at this salon were very happy and helpful and the environment was very nice until than the stylist i had, the stylist appeared not to be interested or was having a bad day maybe ! I have very frizzy hair and it was still damp when she finished, i have weekly blowdrys and know the difference from a poor blowdry to a good one , this wasnt good. I requested a senior !! My daughters blowdry was exceptional and the stylists were great. I would reccomed this salon but would not want the stylist i had next time !!

I think that a welcoming environment was missing. I did not like to sit at the front. The therapist was running 25 min late for my appointment so it was very rushed!!

I love the Salon and the location is perfect for me. When I first viisited the salon, a lady by the name of Kathryn did my spray tans and facials. She was brilliant. Kathryn also saved me from another staff person make a disaster of my spray tan. Following that the spray tans application has deteriorated. The paint gun splatters the tan on you instead of a fine mist. It appears not to be the fault of the user but the tool itself. Today as always I was welcomed with warmth and familiarity which is fantastic. The spray tan preform by a lovely lady but it did leave me with little confidence. I was not offered moisturiser to apply on bony prominences, no cap or disposable panties were offered, nor was there a basket in the room for my belongings. It felt as if there was no preparation. These are little things but it was these things that stood this salon out from the rest. I know this salon to deliver a service that is above the rest. If I was a first visitor today I don’t know if I would return. I seldom give such feedback and I do hope you understand why I am giving it as I am back in a fortnight but this time I will have my mother Kind regards Denise
