Bit disappointed... booked in for a 30 min massage, Massage only went for 22 minutes... Massage was good though

I found the front/reception area to be very open and empty. There was very little product on the shelves and it felt cold.

The new automatic spray tanning machine is incredibly noisy and very distracting when trying to relax and enjoy a massage. The therapist apologized for the noise at the very start, however I found the incredibly loud vacuuming sound and the ladies voice took away from my enjoyment Of the massage. I also paid for a 60 minute massage and only got a 45 -50 minute massage. My appt was booked to start at 9;15, however I wasn't taken into the room until almost 9;30 and was finished by 10:20. Whilst the massage and experience was very good, it should have gone for the whole hour. I have visited this salon a number of times and have always been very very happy with the experience and I cannot fault the service I have received, however I would reconsider visiting again based on the noise of the tanning machine alone. I don't often get to enjoy a lovely relaxation massage and when I do, I don't want to be able to hear that machine.

Had the same treatment in October and it cost $40, today, for some inexplicable reason it cost $70. Wow, who got the Christmas bonus??
