Had the same treatment in October and it cost $40, today, for some inexplicable reason it cost $70. Wow, who got the Christmas bonus??

On some occasions including today the service is not ready at the appointed time. Today it was 15 minutes late. I rated the quality of professional advice as 7 as I only have a half leg wax so no advice is given or required. In the past the owner when she had a small salon at Kewarra Beach always gave excellent and high quality advice and I anm sure this is still the case with her staff.

I was told that my focal epilepsy excluded me from receiving the laser treatment despite me telling the young teenager I am an Intendive Care nurse and my seizures (last one 10yrs ago) are not triggered by flicking lights. I was told that the light would give me a seizure which it would not. I spent $360 on some damn creams I don't want now then to find a statement from the epilepsy foundation saying if my seizures are not exacerbated by lights I can have the process. It also says I should makes an official complaint to the Equality and human rights commission which I will do in the morning, demand my money back, and go to a reputable and other clinic.

Hi I feel I would like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my massage, I'm annoyed at how my eye lash tint goes. After many different clinics I chose to stay at dragonfly as my first eye lash tint was amazing and looked great. I have never experienced that again. You need to talk the client through on wat your about to do. DONT use cold water, lean our heads on the side for water to run of the eye not into the eye. Listen to wat the client wants and do that. After my last visit not one person can see my bottom eye lashes still. When telling her I wanted her to really concentrate on the bottom eye lashes, she replied with " well we will see how we go!" I know it can be done, as my first visit they looked fantastic. I certainly don't want to upset anybody just wanted to help, as I will try again because I do like the place and is convenient for me. Thank you Carolyn 😃

1. I was not notified the salon I booked my appointment at had closed down. 2. I received a txt to confirm my appointment, no mention of any changes! 3. No email, phone call, txt to advise me where the replacement appointment was to take place? I had to wander through the shopping centre and go to the one other salon assuming that I was meant to go there. 4. I asked what happened to the other salon and was told "i don't know, I don't work here, I am just helping out" 5. In the treatment room I was asked: "so you are here for a bikini wax?" I corrected the lady and said I had booked in for a Brazilian. She looked at me with big eyes and just said "oh" 6. During the treatment I had a feeling she didn't do many Brazilian waxes, which would explain her reaction. 7. After the treatment was over I went to the front desk to pay and had a cranky girl look at me with a sour face telling me I got a different treatment to what I was booked in for and have now messed up their schedule because they didn't allow for the extra time it took. I have been going to this salon for years and never had anything else done apart from Brazilian wax!!! 8. Coming home after inspecting the result I am very disappointed! I had to go purchase a tub of microwaveable DIY wax to remove the hair that was left behind as I refuse to return to this salon ever again!
