Pros: great massage/facial from great therapist Cons: received 1h55m instead of 2h15m massage Advertised sweets as per your website were not offered (tea/coffee was offered though )

I have been coming to dragonfly for years now. While I am not a regular big spending customer, it was disappointing that I had no reward points attached to my name/ account. Surely they don't expire ...that is very disappointing if they do.
