I am very happy with the way I was welcomed in the salon, which had a lovely relaxing vibe. I also appreciated I wasn't kept waiting, which unfortunately is often the case in other salons. Yvonne was very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. She took the time to listen to my many demands and as soon as she started cutting, I knew I was in good hands. Her technique is flawless, she cuts with confidence and is meticulous, explaining her process along the way to make you feel at ease. My hair wasn't over styled, as requested, and has been easy to manage at home. She understood my needs and gave me the natural elegant look I wanted. She has definitely earned a new loyal customer.

Beautiful salon with lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was an absolute pleasure and pamper to have my hair cut here!

Bookings were full, i asked to be placed on the wait list, they called first time when i was unable to come but called gain on a different day and i was able to attend. It was before Christmas so very happy to have them provide a spot and usual the hair cut was as i wanted and smack on time.
