The only reason I would hesitate to recommend the salon is that two friends already come and others would find it too expensive.

Given I was not happy with my tint colour, I felt the explanation and my disappointment were not handled as well as I thought they could have been. I felt sorry for Viktoria who clearly was just following instructions, besides giving me a shower while washing my hair she did a good job overall. There was also a discrepancy over the price i was charged which also could have been handled better.

Coming to your salon is like being at home. Friendly helpful staff and Darlene always enquirers about you and makes me feel as if she is glad to see me.
