Our beauty salons specialise in brazilian and bikini waxing, and all of our trained beauty therapists are passionate about eyebrow shaping. Quite often when I call into Essential Beauty at Knox City, there is no one at the counter and have waited over 15 minutes until someone comes out to serve waiting customers. On one occasion there were about 4 people who walked into the store and waited whilst I was there and a couple of them just walked out unhappy with obvious lack of staff. Potential lost business for Essential Beauty.
