Very happy with the service at the Melbourne Central store. The Consultants are friendly, professional and keep to time. It is also very clean. My skin is sensitive, so the girls take care to ensure I don't have any adverse reaction.

A representative did my wax that I haven't had before. I wasn't happy with the overall bikini wax that I received as when I got home I saw that there were unremoved/visible hairs. Also the time that the wax took was double compared to other times I have had the wax done at the same centre. I will make sure that I ask for one of the other ladies who usually waxes me as im happy with the service they perform.

Thank you. I find that the treatment and advice I receive between essential Beauty salons differs greatly so it is hard to accurately rate on this element of service... What is correct and what isnt? I found my recent experience fine, the beautician was friendly and kind but found it odd that she stayed in the room after my treatment whilst i got dressed, generally its polite to let the client dress in privacy. That would be my only feedback. Thanks.

This afternoon, I had my nose hairs waxed at your Melb Central branch, but went back a few minutes later to get the job completed. The therapsit had done the back of the nostrils very well, but not the front part, and they were still quite hairy. However, a different therapist did a bit more waxing, and the finished result is fantastic - thanks very much. My other gripe was the price I was charged. The first time I attended your business I was charged $10 for both nostrils - this time, it was $17.95 for both, and the till receipt stated "Wax Male Ears". I queried this, and was told that the first time must have been a mistake, as you now charge $17.95, and that yes, the procedure is the same price as having a Male Ear Wax. It might be a good idea to update your brochure to include male nostril waxing, as this procedure doesn't appear there at the moment. But thanks again - the service was great and you are the cheapest and most convenient around Melbourne CBD.
