Comment
My only complaint would be that twice recently when I have booked online and chosen a particular staff member as they were my preferred person for the treatment I was coming in for, I have arrived to find I have been swapped to another staff member without being consulted and without any acknowledgement that my situation had changed !! I think the least that should happen in this situation is to be asked if that would be ok with me !!
