When I arrived you didn't have my appointment, which I'd only swapped from Wed to Thurs on the Tues afternoon. Luckily the therapist had five mins spare and slotted me in instead of eating her hot chip dinner! Think her name was Charlotte? (a mum of three). Very friendly and chatty.
