Bad experience here! We had a 120mins package of spa, massage then sauna. The spa was terrible we just sat in a massage chair where we submerged our feet in the foot spa and thinking they would scrub or massage your feet like normal they didn’t it was just that, then we had the hour massage which wasn’t great either was too sore told the masseuse to do it soft she did for a bit then went back to doing it hard. After that we were supposed to do the sauna but apparently didn’t work so they have us a voucher to come back and do the sauna another time.. very disappointed.

We booked for a couples massage and after waiting and extra 15 minutes we were told we would have to wait a further 15 minutes if we wanted to be in the same room. We then experienced the sound of someone climaxing in the room next us. 99% sure he was getting a happy ending. Not exactly relaxing to listen to while you are having a massage.

This was a TERRIBLE experience. I asked for a normal massage but was forced into having a pregnancy massage, which I had to pay an extra $36 on top of what I had already paid. The massage has very painful and it brought up a previous back injury which meant that that night I was in extreme pain and could not walk properly. My back is still in so much pain. I will never return to this massaging parlor and I will not recommend anyone to go there.

Massage is good but body scrub was weird. After the massage and facial, I was asked to walk across another room in just a towel (naked). Another customer who was waiting in the hallway saw me in just towel. It was not pleasant and not comfortable.
