Very expensive for a blowdry and irons was quoted $125 other local salons had quoted no more than 70 considering the owner is ex salon express I’m dissapointed in the charges and as a hairdresser just wanting a pamper for a night out I was shocked and will not be coming back I will not recommend

Came in wanting to get advice on restyling my hair, the lady did not provide any professional advice at all, didn’t suggest anything. Ended up just trimming it completely flat with no styling at all. I also have curly hair and she did not demonstrate professional knowledge in how to work with it. I paid to get my hair dried with the diffuser and I left with my hair still very damp and much frizzer that when I walked in. She also didn’t suggest any products which could have worked for me, and I just got the overall vibe she didn’t know what she was doing. Overall I was very dissatisfied with paying over $100 and receiving such a poor service.

I asked for half a head of highlights as I specifically said I wanted to lighten my hair further and I have ended up with brown grey hair. I told the stylist when she was drying it that it now looked very dark and she blamed my previous low lights… which she never mentioned would be a problem when she started. She insisted I needed a toner when I said I just booked highlights and the toner has made my hair one big mess of a horrible brown grey colour! I am just so disappointed. I honestly just hate my hair now…

Had been to hairology previously without any issues, so when I needed another trim opted to go back to hairology however on this visit was not impressed. Felt like my hair was just hacked at. The hairdresser gave no advice or thoughts on t what I wanted and and just got on with cutting. I have since returned to another hair salon to have my hair tidied up and fixed. This hairdresser confirmed it was hacked and the lengths were all uneven. Very hit and miss at this salon. Would not recommend as $40 these days is a lot to have wasted and to walk out with a hair cut you did not ask for
