Fabulous salon and fabulous stylist! Only negative was the price; I’m a female that wears my hair very short on most of the back of my head and sides of (#2 clipper setting) and longer on the top and upper back of head and upper sides of head. Stylist shaved part of the sides and back and texturized the rest. Again, stylist did an excellent job, but was rather surprised at the $121 price tag. I was at the salon a total of 23 minutes and, as my hair is so short, only texturizing paste was used and maybe 2 minutes max with a hair dryer. It would be awesome if there could be a different price list for females with very short hair that requires very little cut and style; perhaps the same price a man with short hair is charged.

I have had my hair coloured and cut for many years with Cataldos and it has been borderline as whether I can afford it, unfortunately now with a more than 10% increase in the cost, I don't think I will be able to continue.

Hi the chairs for hsirwasher are really uncomfortable they hurt the back of your neck

Service is usually goud and proffessionsl. Coffee often is not ;/ once it was too cold :( and today I was asked what kind of coffee I’d like, So I asked for a strong skinny late, I was given black coffee with a little jug of milk on tbe side ; perhaps it’s a trainee.., I’ve had an ok coffee there before.

Lovely stylist and lovely salon but disappointed with my hair sadly. Looked great on the day of service but afterwards hair to blow dry and maintain...

Hi - all the staff are very lovely and I am always very happy with my hair - which of course is the most important thing. So thank you! The two things that would make a big difference to the experience for me are: (1) a longer/better head massage during the hair wash (even when I paid the extra $35 for the additional conditioning treatment and massage it was pretty short and not luxurious and I would expect even without paying that additional charge that a salon of your high quality would spend a bit more time on this); (2) after a stressful week at work, I would really like the time at the hairdresser to be peaceful and relaxing but I find the loud, nightclub style music very jangly and targeted at a young clientele. I wonder if it would be worth surveying your clients to see, on balance, what kind of music they would like - or no music - to make it the most enjoyable experience possible for your clients.
