My appointment was for 3.40pm. I arrived at 3.30pm. I was seen at 4.10pm. No apology or explanation. Very unprofessional. I won't be attending again.

Excellent service I loved my facial! Products are very good too! Therapist was lively and very knowledgeable- not to pushy RD other treatments and products! The prices are up there but so is the service! I think the value is good with 30% discount - it affords me more regular visits!
