I was quite nervous about having any treatments done and very skeptical about products as over the years I had tried so many brands. I am also not big on having to do to many steps. The Ladies talked me through all my concerns and I have been happy with all treatments and products that have been recommended to me, they listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one, including my inherent laziness when it comes to skin care. I am actually seeing the improvement in my skin and could not be happier with the service and products.

I've dealt with three lovely women at Vie Institute - Danielle, Jan and Michelle and all three have exceeded my expectations in relation to both their customer service skills and the work they specialize in. All of the staff I have spoken to (including front of house) are kind natured, friendly, polite and professional. It's a credit to this local Sunshine Coast business as it's not uncommon to find average and below average service around the coast in all industries. Thanks to the staff at Vie for being better than the rest!

All the staff have always been friendly, very professional given all information I need for any treatment or surgery. I have been given options in different treatment to accommodate my budget at differnt times, yet able to maintain my skin care. I have and will always recommend my friends and family to Vie.
