Our first time in Melbourne, my husband and I needed urgently a hair cut. Went on internet to choose hair salon and my choice was based on the name Billie Jean Hair ( thinking the name itself was so cool the salon must be up to its name). It was a great encounter, my husband had his best hair cut ever by Max and I was lucky to meet Billie. She took all the time needed providing different suggestions. We both came out very happy, so much so I went back before going back home, having color,streaks and hair cut done. I highly recommand this salon. The staff is professional , welcoming and environment just relax.

The team at Billie Jean are always friendly, helpful, and lovely, and of course Billie does a sensational cut! I've been going for years and never regret a cut.

This is an excellent hair salon that I recommend highly for its consistently excellent service. Besides giving good advice about hair style and hair care, which I think are just absolute musts (that's the primary product!), it is also an amicable place without being inappropriately intimate and ALL the staff are professional. Usually there's one or two that aren't professional, especially junior staff, but not here. I don't know what it is, but they choose excellent staff at all levels. I'm impressed by that because it shows the manager is making consistently wise business choices, which assures me of long-term excellent service.

I needed a gray root touch up while on holiday and away from my stylist and colorist back home. It was stressful to trust someone new, but wow I wish I lived in Melbourne because I would have my new salon! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they really know their stuff, offering a wide range of styles to different people it seemed. Such a great experience!
