Great service and lovely, friendly beautician, only problem was that the skin above my eyebrows was burned by the wax and stayed red for a few days.

Beautician was a little rough with thick wax for eye brows and I have a bruise now on eyelid. Pushed down a few times too heavily on eye ball after removing wax and dribbled wax for lip hair removal twice over rest of my face. I mentioned it wax felt too hot also for eyebrows. I really like the salon and have had very good experiences and would recommend them. But this girl may have been new to salon. I would request not to have her again

I had to re wax my legs again when I got home, it came off perfectly so it wasn't an issue with length. I had also waited one week longer than recommended. The lady who did my legs was really lovely but missed big patches on the side of my knees on both legs. There was also hair still along my thighs and shins, dark hair but just not as thick as before. It might be just the amount of hair I have but I feel that if I'm paying for it to be waxed it really should be removed while I'm in the salon. She looked at my legs before I left too so I have no idea how she missed it. Maybe the lighting? Perhaps you need to give the customer a chance to check before putting the oil on and waxing a second time if needed. This was the second time it happened, I thought the first was a just a fluke and unlikely to happen again.
