I have been going to Bach Hair every 5-6 weeks in excess of 5 years. I rate highly every one of the staff who work there. Unfortunately not all my family and friends can enjoy the same experience because of economics.

I had a half head balayage and a long cut and blow dry. The colour was applied on my roots with no cotton wool/tissue paper/foil or any other material to prevent the colour leaking. The colour leaked at the roots of my scalp where my hair parts resulting in noticeable thick uneven patches of blonde. I had to remain in the salon for an extra hour to have the mistake fixed. I went home and had a look in the mirror and the thick patches of colour at my roots were still there. I returned the next day to have the mistake fixed once again. I returned home to look in the mirror only to find minimal difference. As this leakage occured where my hair parts it is noticeable and will continue to be noticebale as it grows out. After being told at the end of my appointment that the price has gone up due to the hairdresser moving up ranks I am thourouly disspointed. I do not believe that this mistake should be made, especially from higher ranked hairdressers.
