Unfortunately the young woman who did my eyebrow wax and tint spilt wax in my hair right on the hairline near my ear. She tried to “scrape” it out of my hair which hurt terribly. She went and obtained assistance from a senior who managed to get most of the wax out but still had to CUT some of my hair!! This has never happened to me before. I was very unhappy. They tried to give me a $20 “discount” off the price but I was so upset I refused to pay anything which, to their credit, they accepted.
