Had a lip/brow/chin wax recently. The light in the treatment room was poor and I couldn't tell if it was a decent job or not. I got back to work, went to the bathroom and discovered there were still a number of strays, a section down the centre of my chin had been missed altogether, wax residue left behind and the little bit of powder she used to cover the redness was poorly applied.

Brought a voucher that said facial package with eyebrow and lash tint with makeup, do not know where they had sold to many vouchers or the wording was wrong but all i received was eyebrow and lash tint and makeup done. My face was not even cleaned before makeup was applied. If the facial was not part of the package should not have been stated "facial package with eyebrow and lash lint with makeup" Staff were very friendly

The living social voucher was good. I was generally happy with what I got for it. My eyelash tint was not done particularly well, as the corners of my eyes received no tint and I am still applying mascara due to this. The corner is where it is the most important to have the tint, to highlight the eye. Other than this the experience was good. The young girl was lovely, very friendly.

I had a Facial Package-Voucher No-100034528675 on Saturday the 3rd December. I was very unhappy that all I received was a Eyebrow Wax/ Eye lash Tint and five minutes with a Blusher/LipGloss the Voucher was worth $174.00 so your advertising, not worth it. Then I had to pay $16.00 for a lip Wax. You could of used a cleanser before you start. What is the idea of the Facial Package.????? The young lady was very very nice that did my treatment.

I found Authentix to be an extremely good experience! The staff were very friendly, the service was fantastic and the flexibility of bookings and the willingness of staff to work around me to be amazing. Will definitely be back again and will certainly recommend!
