Hi, Sorry it's taken so long to fill this in and send it back. Usually everything is really great with you guys and that's why we travel down from Perth to get our hair done. However, last time Carli and I had a treatment and a trim Carli's hair was left really heavy and oily, it looked wet. Mine was a bit that way but not like Carli's was. Carli had to rewash it as soon as she got home as it was so thick and oily/wet. We figured it must have been because the treatment wasn't washed out. It was a different girl that did the treatment so not sure if she's new? Anyway we were going to go back in after we drove off and noticed how gross Carli's hair was but we had a lunch we had to get to. So just a heads up maybe to check that the girl that did ours definitely washes the hair properly so noone else leaves like that. Every other time has been good, it was just this last time that was really disappointing. Thanks girls, Carli and Haylee
