Everyone was lovely - very friendly. Booking was great - call back to confirm was excellent. Waxing was excellent, and advice re products helpful. Facial left me with some bruising which was probably unfortunate.

I was charged $60 for a Brazilian wax which took 20 minutes. I have been waxing for20 years and don’t have much hair and have always been charged for a g string with previous owners so $60 was expensive for the time taken. Apart from that the lady was lovely and the service was excellent however I won’t be returning for that price.

Usually a great experience and very professional. Particular lady who did my treatment was very rough and two seperate unnecessary comments about my what I should do with myself to avoid ending up looking as i looked prior to her starting my treatment

Lashes are over curled they are at a 90 degree angle on eye only. Glue and tint has been left on my eye lids and has ripped out some lashes. I was early to my appointment but she didn’t know or ask what I was getting or who was doing it.

Cancelled appointments, rebooking, changes to treatments. Changed for extended bikini and I wouldn’t even say it was a standard bikini. At home plunking out hairs First time customer/ last time customer.
