The young lady that did my eyebrows was extremely polite, well mannered and explained what was happening. What impressed we most was the fact I am an older client with grey hairs. I have had them tattooed but she did explain it did not colour The grey hair well and she was quite open and honest. I saved $20 or so dollars as I did tell her I penciled over the greys before going to work and she suggested if I was happy continuing to do that In some salons they would have waxed and coloured without mentioning that fact. I am extremely pleased and will return again.
