They washed my hair twice and after that used an unclean comb full of hairs which were used for someone and used the same unclean comb for me too. They just brushed with the unclean comb. Please clean the comb before using for the other person

I had my hair cut appointment booked in 2 months in advance for 9am. When I arrived at the salon it was like they didn't know I was coming. I was not expected. Someone showed me where to sit. I sat down 9.05am, someone came and put a towel over my shoulders and said someone will be with me shortly. After a couple of minutes I was offered a drink which I received promptly. I then sat in the chair and waited and watched how everyone in the salon was being looked after but no one paid any attention to me. My hairdresser arrived 9.37am perhaps without realising she was late(?), nothing was said. I didn't need my hair washed. I have fair and fine hair and needed a simple blunt trim - my haircut took 3 minutes. I timed it. The hairdresser was however lovely, she offered me quick straightening with a hairdryer which took another 3 minutes. I paid full price ($59.95) for this. Considering all of this, I don't think the fee is fair for what I got and how I was treated as a paying customer. I feel that I was not important and my time is not valuable. I am beyond shocked.

Overall my haircut was OK, she cut it a lot shorter than I had it but felt that the front of the hair could have been shaped to contour my face. As it just looks straight at the front. I guess it was busy when I got there and she was juggling a few clients at the time and felt that it was a bit rushed.

The staff are super friendly and helpful..however, not a fan of the new layout. Feels very cramp and didnt have any personal space. When people walk around, you get bumped left right centre. But service is A+.
