My appointment was at Ella Baché in Eltham. As soon as I walked in, I had immediately felt welcomed and acknowledged. Very calm and peaceful environment with super warm and friendly staff. I had received a full body massage for my treatment and having many massages before, this was by far one of my best experiences. The room was so cosy and relaxing, and the massage bed itself was super comfortable! The therapist who looked after me on the day was such a beautiful and genuine young lady who was so thoughtful and really made me feel relaxed. I am very forgetful with names (my apologies - it could be Ruby) but please ensure this lovely professional is acknowledged of her professionalism, kindness, warmth and having a personal touch to her work. Ella Baché is very lucky to have an excellent employee like this young lady. I will definitely return here and recommend to friends and family. Thank you :)
