I usually see Darcy however he was totally booked up. The colour I requested was totally wrong to what was discussed and shown in a picture. I understand it can't be the same however this is nothing like what I enviasged and got rid of all the lovely blonde Darcy had worked towards for me. I lost my hair to chemo so finally getting it to a nice blonde was a mission and an accomplishment. I have large stripes of blonde now that look terrible hair up or down. I went overseas the following day and have just returned so couldn't get it rectified before I left. I was pretty disappointed with the colour and therefore for the value of money rate low and at this stage wouldn't recommend. I love the salon and the atmosphere and will return as I have tried a few and really want to stick it out!
