I went to the first time Djurra and got an hour facial. It was unbelievable! Not only the facial treatment but the incredible kindness, wisdom and knowledge by Ildi! She was beyond lovely. I walked away feeling refreshed and full of new learnt knowledge! Ask for Ildi! She is incredible. Can’t wait to go again!

Hi, I would never normally complain nor fill out a survey but I was so disappointed with the service I received at my last appointment. My usual stylist has left and I was given a new stylist. I save to go for my appointments and was so upset at her abrupt rude manner that I contemplated leaving before she started. She was condescending, rude and dismissive which was just so upsetting. I was trying to explain what I was after and she was incredibly rude, I asked her if she could check my file and see the sort of colour I had last time as I really liked it and she said there was no record and continued to act in a belittling manner. I haven't ever had this service there before but don't feel I can go back. Which is a real shame. She warmed up slightly at the end but I was so upset by then I just couldn't wait to leave.

Darcy was amazing, from entering the salon he made me feel at ease straight away. I was a little nervous at first but he listened to my concerns then I let him work his magic. I absolutely love my new style and will certainly be returning in the summer, thanks so much Darcy.
