Area at back was meant to be relaxing with spa music whilst getting hair washed and treated, however others having hair blow dried very noisily does ruin the experience. I’d understand but there is plently of space in front section for others to have their hair cut. It just seems like the set up is not through thorough. All hair should be done at the front leaving back area for a more relaxing environment.

I look forward to my monthly trips to True Ambition, staff are always polite, professional and friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable even though staff are busy, the hair washing area has had a little makeover and combine with the messaging chairs and the head massage 💆‍♀️ while my hair is being washed by Kim is just sublime, talking of Kim she has been cutting my hair for 4 years now and I have NEVER had a problem she cuts it exactly how I want it everytime, she is like visiting a friend! If you are looking for a new hair dresser then try True Ambition you won't be disappointed.

I returned today to see Kim. Yet again I wasn’t disappointed absolutely fantastic service extremely friendly very professional. I explained I wanted layers in my long thick hair I know this to be a challenge for most hairdressers but Kim was so knowledgeable and was given exactly what I asked for. I’m so pleased ❤️ my hair feels amazing especially with the little head message you receive when having your hair washed, offered tasty drinks throughout the duration of time that I was there. I really cannot recommend enough simply outstanding and this comes from a very fussy customer. Thank you Kim
