After going back to my hotel my husband said my hair looked good but there was one clump of long hair near my ear which was about 60mm longer than the rest of my hair about the thickness of a drinking straw. Although easily rectified with my own scissors, this should not happen for a premium hairdressers. If I had the time I would have come back to show you, apart from this Chloe was professional and pleasant to talk with and the rest of my hair was well cut. This is the first time ever for this to happen.
