Comment
The backwards neck bend for the hair wash is really really uncomfortable, so a quick wash is appreciated. Perhaps asking if a client wants a head massage would be a good idea, because although a massage is ordinarily really nice, you can't enjoy it if you feel like your neck is breaking.
