One concern, walking areas from basins to seating near windows are somewhat hazardous with instances of having to step over wiring from electrical hair appliances and sometimes having to weave in and around trollies. So I found the floor space a bit of an obstacle course for the occasions (around 3 times) that I walked to/from basin to my seating.
