Background music was loud and not a gentle genre as you'd expect in a spa. Room was only just warm enough. Could hear the receptionist talking to other clients too loudly The clinician was quiet and gentle but I felt she was alittle inexperienced. The booking process through Saltair was complicated by website issues multiple phone calls and 3 different time slots initially 3.30pm then 12.30pm at Saltair Torquay finally offered 2pm at Soul and Skin. This left me unable to plan my day

Shayla completed the best, most respectful, attentive, patient and comfortable sugar Brazilian I have ever experienced. 5 stars, will be back to book in with Shayla again! What I admire the most is that Shayla had a high level of attention to detail, was sensitive and aware of my skin needs, created a calm and comfortable environment, in which I could also feel relaxed and made the entire experience as enjoyable, as having hair ripped out of your body, as possible! Thank you Shayla, you've provided an excellent service.
