Too hard to book appointments, asking for a 50% deposit, have increased price’s significantly. Got my brows done, they are patchy, not trimmed, uneven and no aftercare applied.

Background music was loud and not a gentle genre as you'd expect in a spa. Room was only just warm enough. Could hear the receptionist talking to other clients too loudly The clinician was quiet and gentle but I felt she was alittle inexperienced. The booking process through Saltair was complicated by website issues multiple phone calls and 3 different time slots initially 3.30pm then 12.30pm at Saltair Torquay finally offered 2pm at Soul and Skin. This left me unable to plan my day

The therapist, was pleasant , however I found the therapist to be rough doing the wax. It actually hurt. Needs to be gentler. Never had a problem before.
