Despite having an appointment we were left standing by the entrance for 10 minutes. Your staff were overbooked and extremely busy which left them no proper time to service others. It felt very rushed and unprofessional. I think you need more space between bookings to address this issue.

I didn’t like that I was asked to pull my skin and got wax everywhere - on my hands and legs. But the lady who served me was very professional and friendly.

Unfortunately, after a great experience having my eyebrows waxed/shaped on my first appointment, I booked again. I had the same beautician as last time but did not have the same result. After a previous beautician, at a different salon, had shaped them too thin, I was growing them out, but this appointment not only were they done thinner, too much was taken from the top of one eyebrow. Rather than explain what had happened, they filled in my eyebrows with a pencil before showing me the results, trying to hide it from me. I thought this weird as never had a beautician done this in my many years of having my eyebrows shaped. When I got home and took the pencil off I could see the unevenness. Not happy

Most painful Brazilian I have ever got. Very rough. Didn’t pull back the skin or press after to ease pain. Wasn’t able to myself as had to hold the g-string you have to wear. Felt very rushed and missed a few areas. Still very red and stings 24 hours later. Will not be going back.
