Childrens booking. No bear given. Limited earrings to choose from compared to website. No advise re swimming / sea etc Girls serving did well but not the service I was hoping / expecting

Staff were friendly and helpful and professional but hard to compare to anywhere else as we had our daughters ears pierced for the first time. Nothing to complain about but it would have been nice to have a special experience in a nicely decorated place, we found it dark and pokey and very outdated decor.

My beautician did not speak to me the whole time during the appointment. She didn't explain anything she was doing and didn't give me a chance to give feedback at the end which I would've as I didn't think my eyebrows were even. I understand that she was busy and needed to help other people but usually my experience is a lot better at the salon.

I didn’t like that I was asked to pull my skin and got wax everywhere - on my hands and legs. But the lady who served me was very professional and friendly.
