Ellanah is genuinely one of the best out there! I’ve been frequenting the salon for years and results I get with her are simply unmatched and my eyebrows always look incredible whenever I’m lucky enough to see her. The time and care she takes with everything is truly commendable given it’s such a fast paced salon and she is truly the sweetest soul.

The service done was very underwhelming and disappointing. I now have first-degree burns down my leg, and the first layer of my skin has come off. This was the poorest waxing experience of my life.

Hi, i originally booked my treatment with a previous therapist that I chose again today (Emmerson). I came to my appointment and was told it was someone else. My therapist was moved somewhere else. I was not informed, neither by call or email. Not very thrilled to not have been told prior as I would have changed my appointment if necessary to have the same experience as last time, which was very positive. The therapist I had did not do a professional job as she left hair in the treatment area. Did. It ask me if I was happy with the waxing. Did not check at the end. I had to tell her she left some hair and she rectified her job. She left a lot of wax on me to remove myself at the end of the treatment when she left the room. I had a complete different experience from the 1st time and left me wondering if I should talk about it or not but I thought some feedback would help the quality of the service (hopefully) next time!

The girl who did my eyebrows made me feel very uncomfortable, asking me questions about my boyfriend and then I asked her not to use the scissors on my eyebrows and she did exactly that. I’m not happy at all.
