Around ten part 11 I was alone and naked in the bath. A man walked into the woman’s only naked bath house. There was also a naked lady in the woman’s sauna so if I had been raped at least she could hear. Maybe she could save me. He can say it was an accident but he walked all the way in before he realised I was naked I am not happy

The staff were fine. However, the facilities were appallingly substandard. The pool was dirty, the steam room flooded. I understand renovations were ongoing, however the tradespeople continually moved in and out of the "zen zone" where we were clothed in only robes. The plunge pool facility was out of service yet that was not clearly articulated on the website. All the tea cups available for the complimentary tea were dirty, resulting in only the disposable ones, generally cheapening the experience. Only one bathroom available for customers of both the gym and the spa to use for changing. Resulting in an awkward and uncomfortable line up. Overall an extremely unsatisfactory experience.

I purchased a 10 pass and went back to use it and was told they couldnt find the pass. So they made me purchaseva day pass when i am certain i had 2 or 3 passes left

The facilities have been randomly on and off out of order for the last couple of months. As a loyal customer, I feel pretty disappointed and sad that the management did not take this issue seriously. The whole place becomes so run down and distress as compared with the condition when we first joined the center. It is much better to be told that the whole place would be closed for a period of time to get all the problem fixed and let the customer to suspend their membership, rather than letting customers to come and use the below acceptable standard facilities and environment. Yesterday I was almost entered into the bathhouse naked while there was a male trade person working in there, and I was not even be told when I was checking in at the reception. Both my husband and I are long term customers, Joseph only visits your place once a month, or even once a few months because of his busy schedule. What his comment is the environment is really not clean enough to be classify as a luxury health and spa center, not alone to call itself Australia's best medispa.

The massage was very poor in quality. My room was interrupted during the massage. The girl that did the massage only did my back and the back of my legs, did not turn over in a 90 min massage.

I have spent over $2000 here in recent months and feel very disappointed with the overall experience. When I tried to discuss with them directly, there was never any follow up (complained at reception and was told the GM would contact me directly). Fortunately, there are channels for online reviews and feedback to get my concerns heard. Shame this has to be done publicly!
