I was quite upset with the customer service I had before, and I would suggest Amanda, the customer consultant to mind her aggressive passive attitude carefully when facing with any clients. It wasn't a pleasant experience when she integrated me with multiple questions, feel free to retrieve the WeChat history if possible. I hope she is aware the appropriate approach when deal with customers, and aggressively push for your service doesn't help you to gain loyal clients or have them enjoying the experience in your clinic. I would be happy to hear about how the Lumiere manager would deal with this case. Overall experience was excellent except mentioned above, most of the consultants are very considerate and delicately to their works. I would like to introduce Lumiere to my friends and continue on enjoying the professional service here. Regards,
