We discovered Butlers after moving to Neutral Bay. Our long term Chatswood hairdresser had retired and we found Butlers from reviews of local salons. What a find! We can honestly say that Gretel is the very best hairdresser we both have ever had - her cutting is particularly fabulous and she takes inordinate care to get it just right. We have been visiting the salon monthly for two years and always feel delighted with the results. We highly recommend Butlers and it’s wonderful owner, Gretel.

I was extremely happy with the service that I received from the moment I walked in I was greeted by lovely friendly faces who made me feel so comfortable and confident in what I wanted done. From start to finish the experience was just Devine and I’m looking forward to my next visit not only for the great service & atmosphere but also for the cheeky little wine and peanuts that was offered to me while I was getting my hair done. Great place Lovely people Amazing colour, cut & blow dry Clean salon (is a must & this was perfect) Best products Definitely a must if you’re looking for a new salon.
