My long healthy hair was completely butchered😠I put my trust in to what I thought was a professional hairdresser. Full head of foils and my hair is snapping/melting off. My scalp was hot from the bleach I imagine. I asked for a root stretch(main goal was to cover my greys for my interview) and full head foils. She said she would take the foils to the scalp because it would look better! Well, I think it was so she could burn my scalp! Ouch. She didn’t even brush my hair at the end of my hair service. Now I know why!!! She didn’t want to be confronted with all my hair falling/snapping/breaking off as she brushed it!! I actually have a headache from today’s hair appointment 😠If you don’t have a passion for the industry, then stop working please. Mad, disappointed, shocked, hurt, sore client
