I was very happy with the service I received today. The staff are all very friendly and happy to listen to the customer and their needs. Amy was fantastic, and I am very happy with my hair cut that I received. She is also very funny and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Booked in for a full head of foils toner etc. Told the hairdresser what I wanted. Left with grey hair. Slept on it as I didn’t want to be rude and to see if I liked it. Didn’t like it, called the salon and let them know. They offered for me to come back so they could re tone it so I did. Now I have this weird caramel blonde with some brassy violet streaks near my fringe. Called them again to let them know they’ve ruined my hair. Offered for me to go back a third time for them to fix it (for free) but honestly I spent $280 on essentially ruining my hair, i don’t want to go back a third time. I have to work too at some point. While the offer from the manager was nice, I am waiting to hear from the Owner. I want my money back for the disaster that happened to my hair but I haven’t heard from them yet which is why I’m leaving this review.
