Showed a pic of my old hair of how I wanted it being a nice light ash colour blonde and left with platinum blonde that looks almost blue, definitely a little upset that it was over lightened and not like the picture I showed. I also asked how long we would roughly take and was told I’d be out at around 2:30 but didn’t leave until 4pm and left unhappy, I understand time doesn’t always go to plan but it didn’t seem busy and I’m just upset my day was wasted on hair I’m unhappy about

I just love my time at Enlightened! Such a welcoming, friendly and professional salon. Everyone gets along, I’ve never felt anything but happiness there from the staff. No bitchiness unlike other places I’ve been. My hair has never looked better nor been in better condition thanks to the wonderfulNat! I leave the salon feeling genuinely cared for, like I’ve been wrapped in a big hug but with FABULOUS hair! Thank you Enlightened x
