I didn’t have a great experience today. I booked a half head of foils online and called the day before to ensure there was enough time to get my hair cut as I couldn’t see the option to select both on line. The colour that my hair turned was ash grey and this is not what I was expecting! I made it clear that I was not happy with the colour & was not guided by my stylist on how to fix it. I had to ask other staff working to help me. I was dissatisfied because I had to pay for a semi permanent colour to fix the grey hair I was given and I didn’t get a hair cut. It was as though the stylist had given up on me. No discount was offered or no tea or coffee was offered. I found the salon out of touch and lacking. I would not recommend if you are a new client.I’m sorry I never write bad reviews but have to on this occasion because of my terrible experience.

I have been going to Billy and Vince since 2020 and always appreciated the quality of service and great hair cuts but this time sadly, all the regular staff had left. When I arrived, during my work lunch break, I was asked if I could come back in 10 or 15 minutes ok, then I experienced the roughest hair washing experience. I usually love being pampered with a gentle warm wash and head rub, but this actually HURT! The stylist then spent about 3 or 4 minutes cuttING my hair and the apprentice spend 15 minutes drying my hair. A few more minutes on my fringe and then time cutting shorter, because I had to ask her to do that. Then $10 more than I expected because my barely past my ears hair was ‘medium’ not short. Really disappointed.

I waited with wet hair for 15-20 minutes. They seemed to have either over booked or were prioritising walking over those who had booked. Full head of foil in short hair too 4 hours which is insane.

I have been to the salon before and like the service and all hence why i went back but this time it felt a bit rushed, i am not sure coz of covid or if they were busy but I wasn’t as happy this time as i was the first time.

Judy was very welcoming and lovely. Great head massage and a great hair cut and style. Will definitely be returning for my next cut.
