I have never felt so uncomfortable with a hair dresser in my entire life. I told the hairdresser what I wanted and she was arguing with me and got offended when I told her what I wanted. She was making unnecessary comments throughout my service which made me feel very uncomfortable and I literally felt like walking out with my hair wet after the wash. Please respect your customers, it goes both ways. Both parties should respect each other. It is the hairdressers job to listen to their client and not argue back and make the customer feel terrible. I left feeling so upset, so please respect your clients and talk to them with respect. I won’t be coming back because of how I was treated and spoken to. All the best, I hope you learn from this feedback.
